Hello and welcome.
I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between body, mind, and environment. How the way we move, breathe, eat, and think shapes how we feel and live. Over the years, this curiosity has evolved into a way of life and a practice that blends yoga, nutrition, mindfulness, and psychology. My work is about helping people reconnect with themselves through simple, embodied awareness and finding steadiness, energy, and meaning in everyday life.
I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. Having experienced both the challenges and the rewards of inner work, I understand that wellbeing is not a straight path but a continual process of balance and discovery. Through Inside-to-Outside, I hope to share the tools and insights that have helped me — and to inspire others to live with greater connection, vitality, and self-understanding.

Approach
My work brings together the inner and outer aspects of wellbeing. I combine yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, and psychology to support balance in body, mind, and community. I take a person-centred and compassionate approach, meeting each individual where they are and helping them reconnect with their natural rhythm through movement, breath, reflection, and food. Whether through group events, yoga therapy, or shared meals, I aim to create spaces that feel grounded, inclusive, and meaningful where growth happens gently, through awareness, connection, and practical tools that can be woven into everyday life.
